Nope, we're happy to help regardless of your pet (we love to see your pet pictures just as much as you love taking them!).

1. Make sure your photo has good and bright lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one's face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!

2. A head-on shot of your dog is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your blanket!

3. Always avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

Between two and four business days - we have an in-house team who work hard to get your artwork to you as quickly as possible. Even during busy times, we aim to stay underneath four days (and we haven’t gone beyond yet!). Some art styles will take longer than others.

We should also note that quicker artwork is available, and we can get it to you in one business day if you choose the option during checkout!

We crop the photo for you! Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo of your loved one and we’ll crop out the background details so only the face is featured on your product!

If your pet has an accessory, hat, or collar that you would like to keep (or get rid of), please specify these details in the order notes.

Potentially - it depends how quickly you contact us after the approval and when we see your message. If we can reach the printing team and find your order to stop it, we will. If your message comes late and we couldn't stop it on the order line, we'd love to make you happy, so please get in touch - we'll see what we can do!

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just email us at info@woofblankets.com as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes.

Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of $11 customization fee per item, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

Typically, it takes about 7 days for our items to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.

The best way to wash the blankets in a washing machine, separately in cold water, on delicate cycle. You can dry it by hanging them outside or just letting them air-dry. It is not recommended to use bleach, to iron it, press it with heat or dry clean.

We use a process called sublimation. Our apparel is defined as "no feel." This means you cannot feel any ink or cracking on your custom products since the product itself is dyed.
